W-APT Proficiency Level Calculator

To use the online score calculator, please begin by entering the student's grade level below. The rest of the form used to calculate proficiency levels will appear once the grade level has been entered. Please have the student's scoring sheet (shown below) on hand as you use the calculator.

Note: If you are testing a student at the beginning of the year using the previous grade level cluster form, select the last grade completed by that student. You are effectively testing them as if they are still in that grade. For example, a first semester 3rd grader should still be tested with the Grades 1-2 W-APT™. Therefore, you should choose Grade 2 for that student in the calculator.
