REGISTRATION COST:

Through May 10, 2009: $360 Early Registration Fee
After May 10, 2009: $400 Registration Fee

Registration is NOT final until payment is received. REFUND POLICY:

Registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.   If the event is cancelled, registrants will be reimbursed for registration fees only.
