ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 Test Coordinator Training

This workshop is designed for test coordinators where the online and/or paper-based ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 assessment is being administered in grades K through 12. During this workshop test coordinators will learn how to best set up sessions and tickets, monitor certification of test administrators, and facilitate the assessment process. All participants must have computers or tablets and an internet connection to access sample items and the WIDA Assessment Management System.

  • Online Test Coordination & WIDA AMS
    • Ordering Materials
    • Managing Student Information

This workshop is designed for test administrators of the online ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 assessment in grades 1 though 12. During this workshop test administrators will explore how the WIDA Standards connect to the ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 assessment and they will learn to administer the online test to the students. All participants must have computers or tablets and an internet connection to access sample items and the WIDA Assessment Management System.

Objectives
To familiarize Test Administrators with:

  • The components of the ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 test & connections to the WIDA ELD Standards
  • Training Requirements & Preparation
  • Online Tests Administration
    • Monitoring the test
    • Practicing for the test
  • Additional WIDA AMS Responsibilities

*Two consecutive half-day trainings are required on the first day.
